This belief has led to a variety of training formats suitable for different people & circumstances, ranging from face-to-face presentations to short online courses. You can even have the tools you need in your pocket at all times with our Calm Fairies app!

Calm Fairies Training
Are you feeling inspired to join our Calm Fairies team?
To ascertain if you are the right person for the job, you will be required to undergo the Calm Coach Level 3 training (includes practical & written assessments) first. Once your training is complete, you will be required to do additional (free) training specific to the hospital environment. volunteer your time for a brief Calm Fairies Pilot Program before you are contracted to work for Calm Fairies. Location is also a consideration to ensure we have a hospital placement for you. Please register your interest if you would like to become a Calm Fairy in hospital.

Inspired Kids Calm Coach Training
The Calm Coach Training is designed to provide health professionals; teachers; parents & caring adults with the tools they need to help kids understand & manage their emotions. No prior qualifications necessary.
The training is divided into three levels, ranging from 4-65 hours, making it easy for you to choose the level that best suits your needs.
Calm Coach 1: Work at your own pace and learn tools to help kids feel calm, including breathing, movement, meditation. A great place to get started or to test out if the full training is right for you.
Total Training Hours: 5
Cost: $188
Calm Coach 2: From Calm Coach Level 1, add on additional modules for Early Childhood & Teens & Facilitating Workshops. Work through the videos at your own pace and join the 5 fortnightly group mentorship calls to practice the tools; discuss & get feedback. No prac teaching or assessment necessary.
Total Training Hours: 22

Calm Coach 3: From Calm Coach Level 2, add on additional modules to learn the frameworks so that you can coach one on one sessions with kids & teens and feel confident working with kids with Autism, Trauma and anxiety; guide mindful art & craft; help build emotional intelligence & resilience & set up your own business. Enjoy the support of a total of 10 group mentorship calls + 1 x one on one mentorship call. Work through the videos at your pace. Practice teaching with REAL kids. Short assessments & reflective practice. Certificate of completion. Total Training Hours: 70

Inspired Kids Yoga Teacher Training
For Yoga Teachers who wish to specialise in Children’s Yoga. Stacey is a Yoga Alliance Registered Children's Yoga Teacher with a 95 hr RCYT Registered Training School (Inspired Kids Yoga Teacher Training) that can certify Yoga Teachers who want to specialise in Children's Yoga. The training has been facilitated since 2012 and is an inspiring, fun and comprehensive course to teach you everything you need to know about teaching classes for kids & teens. A hybrid course with both face to face and online formats.
