Visual clock for children

This clock is a MUST-HAVE if you work with children; if you facilitate sessions with clients that depend on timeliness; or if you want to support neurodivergent people with schedules. It has been a game changer for me!

Instead of having the actual time on the clock face, you just turn the dial to the session duration (eg 45 minutes) and it will tick backwards so when you glance at it, you can easily see you only have 20 minutes left.

When the time is up, it will either make an alarm sound (I turned this off as it isn't suitable for yoga/ relaxation sessions) or blink a light. It doesn't make a ticking sound and you don't have to hit anything to set it- simply turn the dial.

It is so easy to use and such a great visual. It is also brilliant as a visual for kids who want to know "When is this over?". They can easily see how much time is left.

The one I have is from Dawn Clocks (not sponsored). You can also search for ASD/ ADHD clocks online- there will be lots of different ones on offer.
